1) Cash

Cash payment is available when picking up your order in our physical store (Petrohradská 4/35, Prague 10, 10100 – Vršovice). You can pay in cash or by card.

2) Bank Transfer

For bank transfer payments, your order will first be prepared and then payment details will be sent to you. The shipment will be dispatched as soon as the payment is credited to our account. Bank transfer payments are not subject to any additional fees.

3) Card Payment

Instant card payment, where the amount is paid immediately when placing the order.

For purchases over 5000 CZK, shipping is free.

Personal Pickup

Pick up your order in our store (Petrohradská 4/35, Prague 10, 10100 – Vršovice). Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification. The order will be held for five days; after that, it will be automatically cancelled. There are no fees for personal pickup.

The service is charged at 59 CZK incl. VAT.

PPL Parcel CZ Private (home delivery)

The service is charged at 99 CZK incl. VAT.

Balíkovna – pickup point

The service is charged at 59 CZK incl. VAT.

Balíkovna – home delivery

The service is charged at 99 CZK incl. VAT.

Zásilkovna – pickup point

Delivery to a Zásilkovna pickup point is charged at 99 CZK incl. VAT.
